Every project is different and it is my policy to not provide absolute quotes without detailed information about the project. That being said, I understand that budget is a driving factor in every endeavor so I have provided the following general quotes to use as a jumping-off point as we discuss your project. If you don't see a package that speaks to your needs, please do not hesitate to contact us for a custom quote.
Please note that EVERY project includes extensive pre-shoot consultations via email, phone or, when possible, in person meetings.

The Fine Print:
Nate Hastings retains the copyright on, and ability to use, all images created in his portfolio, social media, gallery shows, sales and advertising subject to reasonable, and previously agreed to, delays for promotional timing for bands and/or privacy concerns of subjects.

Music Photography:
- Live Shoot - $150.00
- 1 hour set maximum
- In the Seacoast region
- Promo Shoot - $200.00 (Band) / $150.00 (Solo Artist)
- 1 location
- 1 hour of shooting time
- Large ensembles (6 or more) are subject to additional charges
- Headshot Add-On - $50.00
- 1 finished headshot (high res) of each member (up to 6 members)
- Same style and setup will be used for all band members
Headshots & Portraits:
- Express Headshots - $100.00
- Single subject, one look. Shoot time is one hour or less.
- 2 edited images (high res)
- In the Seacoast Region
- Portrait Session - $250.00
- 1 location (available on location or in the studio in Dover, NH)
- 1-2 hours of shooting time
- Professional hair and make-up services available for an additional cost.
Family Reunion Photography:
- Standard Reunion Package - $250.00
- 1 hour on-site time
- In the Seacoast region
- Priority on group shots - candids included if time allows
- Group shots outside in a shaded area
- Photos uploaded to digital dropbox for family sharing & printing
- Add-Ons (Inquire for pricing):
- Indoor group shots
- Special event coverage (family games, etc.)
The Fine Print:
- All bookings require payment of a $75.00 non-refundable booking fee in order to confirm the shoot.
- Rates subject to change based on required travel, duration of engagement, start late / end late charges, scope of the project, number of subjects, cost of required rental equipment, assistants, hair/ make-up artist(s), and/or studio time.
- Media use of any images must be credited.
- Web use must be credited and linked.
- Social media use must be credited, linked, and tagged.
- Album art requires a separate license
- Additional charges will apply when the project requires surrender of copyright or use in perpetuity.
